Most of my game is cocky funny, and I'm naturally more of a fast talker that says a lot. A lot of the girls I have are naturally quiet and/or shy.

I've tried various things to get them to speak more and have them initiate conversations. Most of these girls will respond to questions and such, but they don't initiate conversations or start discussions/bring up topics. I'm sure you've all been with girls like this before.

Is there anything I can do so that I don't always have to lead everything? Or is this simply a question of what the girl is like, and there's no way to change it?

That a routine question to ask her. I'm looking for some way to get her to INITIATE conversation if possible...

Yeah but once you get her rolling and give her positive feedback for qualifying herself to you, she'll feel more comfortable opening her mouth in general.
