Gentlemen,

I am looking for a bit of advice for sarging during the day. Most of the time I meet girls is at night when I have been drinking (dutch courage) in clubs or at house parties. I was in town with my buddy yesterday and I saw a really hot chick, easily a 9. She was eating lunch alone in a bakery/sandwich bar in a shopping center. My friend didn't offer any support or back up when I was talking about approaching her. We went and sat on the bench behind her but I ended up bottling it and never talked to her. I wanted to do it but I didn't feel confident about approaching her because I didn't really know what to say. Its not like i was in a club and could offer to buy her a drink or anything and offering to buy her lunch 'out of the kindness of my heart' sounds to ridiculous- totally wack and freaky.

How do you approach girls that are alone during the day when you have no related topic to discuss or mutual friends?
