I'm 28 and just started getting into PUA. I've been reasonably successful with girls up until now, had sex with about 40, but only a handful of them I picked up at a bars, now I really want to get good at picking up at bars.

So far I'm 3 nights into a 24 night field testing program with my wingman. I've number closed once and he's K-closed once. One of my strengths is I have almost zero AA so I can open 20 sets a night without a problem, but getting the sets to hang around is a problem at the moment.

So I'm opening fine but here's where I think I'm going wrong.
- Not escalating fast enough.
- Too much fluff.
- Forgetting to neg (which I used to be really good at)
- Inner game probably not 100% at the moment.

Anyway I'll come back next time and give you a day by day report.

Good to see another Perth guy!

Been out a few more times since my last post, a couple of times with my wing and a couple of times by myself.

Getting much better at going beyond the opener, and really started to discover the power of isolation and also the power of going direct.

I still usually have a bit too much fluff in there, but this is somewhat cancelled out by kino.

F-closed a HB5 last night. Met her at work, was talking for about 15 minutes and that was enough to get her interested. Did some negging, kino escalated pretty well, wasn't a spectacular effort but it got the desired result. She called me a few hours later and pretty much just jumped on me. Yea only a HB5 but it was an easy lay so I couldn't say no

Went out last and number closed a HB10, really proud of myself actually. Got into a conversation almost by accident when her friend dropped a 50c coin and asked me to pick it up (which I didn't do). Was hanging out out with her for about an hour, lots of negging, plenty of kino, and got some good IOI's. Got her number and she was texting me a bit after she left. In hindsight should've went for a K-close, oh well live and learn. She lives in a suburb where I have lots of friends, so the plan is to invite her to karaoke on Thursday at the local.

Also number closed a HB6, one of my wings friends can't even remember what sought of game I was running. My HB6 fuck-buddy joined the group after a while so scored some big DHV points out of that. Got some solid IOI's too she kept looking at me all night. Text my wing this morning asking for a green light to continue gaming her, but he said no so I'm can't go there.

Got a day 2 with a HB9 Asian chick tonight, going for an early K-close and an eventual F-close.

Went on my day 2 with HB9 Asian chick, long story short I K-closed her but it wasn't the most convincing K-close of all time. The date went alright we played pool and I showed her around the city a bit.

I picked her up from her place and she seemed a bit worn out, she told me she had a busy day etc etc. Did a bit of negging but because of the language barrier some of these she took too seriously or they went over her head. Her saying she was tired straight off the bat and some negs missing the mark threw my game off a bit.

Playing pool loosened the situation up and began kino escalating, but in hindsight I didn't escalate enough and I should have kept pushing. Went from trying to turn her on verbally to trying to turn her on with my body language and it was working well, but I didn't go far enough.

She kissed me in the car before she left but it was a pretty piss-weak kiss, honestly I barely classify as a K-close.

Not that satisfied with my effort overall, I got a shitty K-close when an F-close could have been on the cards if I played it right. Should've kino escalated more and kept pushing the body language barrier. Also missed a great chance to kiss her in the elevator. Oh well live and learn.

Went out again tonight. Inner game was down due to a few reasons and it showed in mid-game.

BUT....

I'm started to dump canned opens and run with situational openers and tonight it worked like a charm!!! I'm slowly becoming a "natural" opener!!! (I think)

Been texting and talking to the HB10 I number closed on Friday a lot today on the phone. I sent her a text and she didn't text me but CALLED me. Gotta be a good sign. After a bit of chit-chat I set up a day 2 to go play pool on Thursday. (Told her I was on a hot streak and had to show someone my hot streak)

Dunno if I mentioned this before but she has a boyfriend, but she's a HB10 so a boyfriend isn't gonna stop me

About a month ago I slept over at this HB6's house, K-closed and fooled around A LOT but kept getting LMR. Stayed over a few nights later but got the exact same result, tried every trick I knew (I need more tricks ) Anyway kind of got bored with her and gave up chasing a F-close and essentially freezed her out. But she kept initiating contact.

But I've changed my mind, I thought, stuff it I'm gonna have another shot at an F-close. Lined up a date for Friday night and getting another sleep over should be easy. I'm hoping this big freeze out will have kicked her into gear. This is HER last chance to F-close ME

Sent HB9 Asian chick a message about 8 hours ago, she still hasn't replied, said "hey you wat new" or something like that. Yea pretty lame I know, bit of over confidence on my part. If she is totally non-responsive by morning I'll freeze her out for about 4 days and try again, probably call her though and put her on the spot for another meet. Honestly I think I'm riding a knife edge with her though, I messed up day 2 a bit, got to be uber cool. If I get a day 3 I am going to blast my way into her pants

Got a very strong K-close off a HB7 about 2 months ago, the only reason I didn't get a F-close is because I was working two girls that night and ended up going home with the other girl, but HB7 really wanted a fuck.

Trying to line up day 2's was hard (she has kids, and I think she was a bit pissed off I didn't go home with her) so we ended up texting a fair bit, convos were almost always dirty and she'd usually initiate. After a few weeks of this I still hadn't got a day 2, so I freezed her out until now.

Text her today, took her a few hours to write back but when she did, bang straight into the dirty talk. Still no day 2 but. I'll play it out for another couple of weeks and see what happens, if I don't get a day 2 I'll freeze her out for a month.

No set went well, didn't get past the 5 minute mark with any of them. Inner game was down to begin with then got blown out a few times at the start and that was enough to stuff my inner game altogether.

HB10 I had a day 2 with tonight flaked, she called me up to tell me why.

"Hey I'm in hospital I just was in a massive car smash, I'm in a neck brace and I can't walk. The car is a write off they say I'm lucky to be alive."

She sounded like shit on the phone too. Best reason for a flake I've ever heard.

I think I'm overdosing on theory. It seems if I bombard my brain with theory my game actually gets worse, it's a pattern I've only noticed recently. But if I read a little bit of theory, stop, and then go out there and sarge, that's when I start to score some goals. I think I need to drip feed it rather than drown myself in it, I don't think I'm really giving this stuff time to absorb.

Another problem I think is that by reading too much theory I'm constantly trying to make radical changes to my game, instead of running with what works for me, and then just tweaking it here and there.

So I decided I'm going to do an experiment. I'm not going to read ANY theory whatsoever for 2 weeks, maybe even a month, and see what happens.

Well I said I wasn't going to read any theory but doesn't mean I'm not going to post.

Anyway went sarging again. Number closed a HB8, not strong but not weak, a mid-range number close, did a good job on her but was only talking for about 10 minutes. Got into a few decent convos with some other HB's but got nothing out of it.

KINO IS LACKING!!!!!!!!!!! I am kinoing but not enough, I used to be good at kino. That's what I meant by overdosing on theory, I'm forgetting to do the basic stuff.

I'm really good at getting into mid-game. When I first started this bar campaign about a month ago I was struggling to get past the opener but now I'm getting into mid-game 80% of the time!!! That was my goal to begin with. Get good at opening, then get good at getting into mid-game, then get good at closing. Amping up the kino again will help solve half of that.

And I need to work faster!!! STILL too much fluff, not enough sexual escalation. Up until now I've been too obsessed with just getting myseklf established in mid-game. Now that I can get into mid-game easily, next step is fine tuning sexual escalation and closing.
