met her at the mall, chatted her up, new in town is my opener. got her number.
texted her days later, SHE asked if we could get drinks, i said yes.
went out for drinks talked for a a couple of hours, took her to another spot to eat and chill.
here i am thinking things are going good, as im walking her to her car, turns out she lost her purse with EVERYTHING in it. so i drive her to all the places we went to that night to look for it, to no avail. since she cant drive i take her home and this chick is super upset about the whole situation. so i know my chances are down the crapper. i give her a hug at her place and drive home.
i texted her the next morning to see if she was ok with sorting everything out she says yea. i sort of got the cold shoulder... asked her to come out again a wk later, said she was busy. then i stopped contacting her, then she added me on fb and i tried chatting her up again but still sorta distant. this chick was a 9, what should i do?

girl 2
straight up walked up to her in a restaurant and number closed. took her out 4 days later, activity date got to know her, went out for drinks and food. i didnt kiss close... i pussied out. yes i know it sucks. drove her home. end of story. so i was determined to see her again bcos i kept on regretting not k-closing. txted her to come over and hang out 2ce, and she has either been busy or it was too late at night. she was a 9

This was fine. But you should have started the freeze right here. If she got back to you later it would be because she was bored and looking for something more fun. Otherwise she would be too busy having fun with her friends.
In my humble opinion this was way too forward for the situation. Validation for that is her instantly cold response.
comes across very needy and controlling. This is one of those fine lines between good escalation and just plain creepy.
This was the nail in the coffin.... It translated to "I'm a big baby when I don't get my way, WWWHHHAAAAAAA"

Better save for the future is just go freeze out, or if you have to get the last word in "Alright, gotta run". which says "i'm going to go have fun with my buds and I'll txt you another time" A perfectly acceptable convo end where you still have solid ground.

As for the other girl, just chill on her for a couple weeks and then hit her with an invite to something fun and social but not last minute.
