I met this girl the other day on POF and she seems like a really nice girl so we set up a date for 2 weeks away and we exchanged numbers. I am a total AFC I keep checking my phone to see if she has text.

How can I stop feeling like that? I do leave it a while before I text her back like others have said on the forums but when I do that she takes even longer to text back and its frustrating!

Any help on this guys please

-How many other girls do you also have going on?
-What else are you doing? Any hobbies or a job that takes your time?

My bet is that you just have little else to do, and so are all wound up about this one girl. Get out there. Do a lot of day game. Meet a ton of other girls, and spend your time DOING something. Have fun. She won't seem as important then, because you won't be as desperate.

I dont have any other girls on the go so I will try and sarge more.

Im working away from home that is the reason the date is like 2 weeks away but the job is pretty boring so I guess that could be why I feel the need for her to text me...but I have been like this with virtually all my EX's.

BTW not sure if this will be of any help but she is a HB 8.5-9

(the best ive picked up so far so real nervous LOL)

There are many HB8-9s out there, but I definitely understand your nervousness. :wink: It's something that will go away with time.

The fact that you're referencing an Ex when talking about how you're feeling about a girl you just met makes me believe you're the kind that has chronic one-itis, and jumps person to person. Just recognize it, and consciously date several girls at once, even if they're not as good as this girl you met, just so that you see that you have multiple girls at once. It will help with the one-itis.
