I am new to PUA and it is difficult for me to see IOIs which girls are giving me. My confidence level is not that high, so I keep on trying to use IOIs as a way to boost my confidence. I am good at being cocky/funny, but a lack of IOIs in my opinion keeps me from doing Kino escalation. I know that I should not rely on IOIs for confidence, but I am finding it very hard to shift away from this. Any advice on how to get over this, or a better way to see IOIs would be great. A list of IOI body language and phrases would also be greatly appreciated.

There are various lists of IOIs here and there, but personally I would recommend against looking for IOIs because there's way too much room for both false positives (thinking something is an IOI when it's not) and false negatives (thinking something is not an IOI when it is) because a lot of different girls exhibit a lot of different behavioral patterns when they're interested and disinterested.

Using compliance testing to judge where you stand is a lot more effective. It shows you how much your leading frame is dominating, essentially, which, combined with sexual state and sexual frame, is all you really need.

i am thinking the more you interact with girls and the more you watch social events happening the more you will see iois and the better you can read them when in sets.

That's good advice, what would you suggest for a compliance test, holding the hands and moving them up and down? I volunteer with this girl and she gives me IOIs (today when I teased her she said she hated me jokingly) but I don't know how to escalate without making it awkward.
