I alwayss get this. I'm short stocky, pretty good looking. its a constant problem because i don't know where to go with conversation when it happens. It happens a lot so i'm pretty sure its a pick-up line/good thing. What's a good follow up?

You don't have to show hostility obviously, just be playful.

i've also used this back on them *you look familiar....* in real life during approach. Always very productive, followed up with *i can see your face i just can't remember from where....or maybe...(let them respond with whatever, or if not).ya know what ,you remind me of so an so*
