Calling a random number is freakin hard and I am thinking of skipping it, or just approach some strangers and get a movie recommendation. Should I just skip it since I'm not really experiencing AA??
Haha the movie phone bit was one of my favourite parts, I got a real laugh out of it and it was really satisfying when I got it done. I can't remember how many people I called but don't remember it being that hard.
I wouldn't skip it. When I was doing the lifestyle challenge I thought I'd cured my AA, but it was only temporary and it eventually came back, the idea of the book is to really make all this stuff habit. Skipping parts, bad idea, then you make skipping bits you don't like a habit.
