So I sent one of the text opener to this girl on MYB, not only as she didn't appreciate the humor, she took a picture and posted it in public with a picture of my face in order to make me a laughing stock for everyone else.

I didn't really care much about it, so I just replied "For some reason I thought you would be more mature than posting this conversation in public in order to seek attention. If you don't get or like the humor in what I sent, just simply move on. It was nice talking to you."

This is the first time I happened to me, so I was just wondering if i handled it well, and what would you guys do in this situation?

Well, all by all, yeah, great response. I think the only mistake you are making is sending text openers. I really dont get the fuzz about this multi media gaming. To me it seems cowardly and lame, but that is ofc just my opinion.
