Been working as a server at a new restaurant for two weeks now. There is a girl who is showing interest in me(hostess), laughing at all my jokes, engaging me, rubbing her boobs on me, so I've been flirting back, except my banter sucks, I'm new to it.

So my question is, would it be wise to be direct and go for the phone number now so I can build an emotional connection/get to know her on the phone because while working there is just no time. I'm always busy and I want to strike while the iron is hot. I'll still continue to flirt in person but the bulk of my work in the beginning will be on the phone, I can handle phone game.

If she rejects me, I can turn it around and say lets be friends and still get the number hopefully.

I asked my sister she gave me the be yourself haha, great advice.

keep flirting, find something you have in common with her, abuse the commonality to set up a day2, escalate during day2, isolation, some more escalation, have sex.

What he said - keep up the flirting, and find a common interest. Should be easy to get her to want to meet up outside of work, which you can use to get her number.

At work just flirt with her and make sure you get some kino going. When you phone her or whenever you have time to chat, don't skimp out on building rapport with her.
