I don't know if this is the place to post this, but...

I have this job, I am a Jack Sparrow impersonator at this local tourist thing, and I love. It's only in the weekends, great pay, I get act around drunk and mess with people, and pick up LOTS of babes, and get payed for it. It's really good and I love it.
HOWEVER, when I am not working, it's a pain in the ass and it's ruining my game. You see, I have to grow this goatee thing out, and I just hate it. I don't have a lot of facial hair, so it takes me like a month to get there. So when I do shave I'm stuck looking like mexican(no offense) for a month. And when it is grown out I have this sinking feeling of being dirty and lazy, It all adds to my AA and I just feel like if I approach anyone that's the conclusion they come to.

don't know what to do. So do I shave it be more confident, but lose that greatest job I could have right now, Or keep it and learn how to use to my advantage.

Thats an awesome job. You have to keep the goatee and use it to your advantage. If I were you, I would act like Jack Sparrow every time I went out!
