i ve been wondering this for a long time and i never can find a simple answer what makes someone cool and how does this relate to today? i know guys will say james dean or the fonz but would they be cool today? i know that i am looking at this in a logical way but being honest most guys in the pickup world look at pickup as a logical process, so in a logical way how is someone cool?

thinking too much of "whats cool?" will not help your cause... Don't second guess yourself, don't "umm" or make awkward silence, be absolute when you speak, make no compromise (that isn't already in your favor), seem worry free, act as if everything is going according to plan even if its spinning wildly out of control...

be yourself good or bad and stand by your words, i have always found that to work particularly well.

the question is what is it? if you had to break down what it is what would you say?

Knowing who you are.
Knowing your values.
Having your own opinions.
Not be intimidated by shit of other people and their values.
Having boundaries for you and others.
Not accepting 2nd rate behavior from others or yourself.
Knowing how you expect other people to behave next to you and with you.
Setting your own frames.
Not being sucked into frames of others.
Not taking anything seriously.
etc
etc

Side note - I find it interesting that all of these ideas are the basis of Zen Buddhism. Judeo Christianity on the other hand is all about fear and guilt - fear of god, of death... but that's another story.

the thing im trying to get at is im very nlp based so if i want to learn something i ask questions of someone whose done it break it down and learn it. think about this pua-dom to learn it you had to break it down into chunks and learn it, its like someone saying to a guy 'just be confident' that doesnt help me what is it break it down so i can duplicate it . so someone saying be cool when picking up girls that doesnt help i need a breakdown of what it is so it can be duplicated
