Hi guys, this is my first post here, since I didn't bother writing an introduction, anyway I'm pretty new to this, read The Game about a year ago, but didn't start doing it myself until recently, so noob alert. Anyway I have a question: I live in the top floor of my building, and often meet hot girls in the elevator, an instead of the embarassing silence I would much rather try to open them. I know not much can be said in those 20 seconds or whatever, but just enough to make an impression so I can talk to them if I meet them again. So my question is: Do you guys know any good openers for use in a elevator? I thought about a lot of the standard ones, but they all just seem a bit weird in that situation to me.

Well . . you can start with "Hi how is it going?"

as long as you open your mouth and words come out and u make it sound confident . . you win

something cocky here would go over well. people are silent in elevators because most people don't feel comfortable in a small environment with strangers. Saying something like "They must let anyone on these elevators now a days" could work, but you have to be DISTANT. I mean stand in the opposite corner, leaning back, arms down. Don't seem defensive (thats what arms crossed do)

I like to open up elevators in malls and such.
Does not matter if its a crowded elevator or not but usually becomes sounds funnier on a crowded elevator:
Wait for the door to close and the elevator to start moving:

(Cocky)"Is this a bad time to tell you (guys) im a little bit claustrophobic"

Note: Adding the word guys if there is two or more people on the elevator. They will usually always start laughing.

Then I would look at my target at this point and be like
"Especially you, your making me nervous"

When she asks why throw her a neg. Always stay playful and expand from there.

"you know what this place needs" or... "this elevator music sucks"

What kind of music do you like?

Oh.. well too bad.. you're getting jingle bells

*whistle jingle bells*

she's laughing.. laugh back.. "I'm glad you have a sense of humor, alot of girls don't have that anymore. You wanna hang out sometime? I know TONS of christmas songs." smile.

haha .. that is creative goodjob man. think i might give it a shot the next time i go in the elevator with a set. i like personally, when the doors close, like to swining myself around and say:

"Sorry for the short notice, but i gathered u all here today to dicuss ..(ex.) which kind of music they should play in here, it really does suck" or jst make somethin creative up

or u can jump around and use

"so im glad everyone has shown up for todays meeting concerning.."

just be outgoing with it and energetic, and this usually gets a laugh or two especially if its done in the right tone then you can throw in an opinion opener or what ever u can throw in, in 30 secs. if anything u can consider it a DHV since u cracked everyone up in laughter.

cheers

keep sargin..[/u]

haha, everyone has the right idea. here's a good one:

PUA: *cocky/funny* "so, do you come here often?"

then maybe follow up with something like

PUA: "this is my first time, aren't you glad you can share this new (/scary/exciting) experience with me? *laugh*"

just a word of advice, if you go for a #close you should suggest a reason for it, maybe to go out for a cup of coffee, lunch or something. even better if you notice a camera or something on her and use that to take her to a art museum or something. anyway, because if you just go for a #close without setting up a day 2 you'll find it REALLY hard to get them to answer the phone and/or look forward to seeing you. basically they'll avoid you because you're just that weird guy they met in the elevator, even if you play your cards right. the more time you can get them to invest, the easier it will be for you to get a day 2... (that's the case for most HBs, or the ones who actually have friends/options)

This isn't mine, and I don't remember where I got it from to give credit, but if you've spoken to her on the elevator before, you can say "We've got to stop meeting like this."
