Hey guys I know AA is a big problem for alot of us, myself included and I was wondering, what are some of the best ways you've found for dealing with it?

Its just that sometimes when I go out Im fine and I can approach and run game no problem, while other times I can feel totally off and AA grips me. Last weekend for example I bailed out of all approaches because I had AA.

I feel its one of my sticking points and I want to try to fix it up over the next 3 or 4 days, Im heading out everynight in an attempt to open 100 different sets whilist recording most on my phone. Then my wing and I will listen to them and break my approach down and see if there are areas that need addressing.

Anyone got other ideas? or done anything like this before?

A way for you to have less AA is just go for it. As soon as you see her go, don't star thinking what to say or which opener is the best, that will make you more nervous. Use the 3 seconds rule

the camping method ... i've thought of this myself ... just find a seated set , grab a chair and sit next to them ... your objective is not to talk or pick them up ... you are just there to sit on the chair and relax. do not do this with closed or mixed sets .. woman only sets only.

Whats the point? Im not saying this is a bad idea although I dont really see what its supposed to achieve, Is it to get used to the feeling of awkwardness and being uncomfortable? Perhaps explain a bit more?

Maybe his point is to feel the worst awkwardness while talking to a girl, which is the uncomfortable silence, if you get used to it and stop caring about it than your AA will disappear with time.

my tactic to aa:
-create a model in your head. go online and find a girl you deem to be your dream girl, like a supermodel. now, completely scrutinize her, from her eyes to her feet. think shed be hotter if she had freckles, update that in your mind.

now, whenever your with a girl, just compare her to your dream girl. bam, your girl is pretty down to earth and normal huh? she's not too much like your dream girl, she's obviously imperfect.

boom! aa annihilated.

spot on ! ... and you will not feel bad about rejection because you aren't really showing your personality. look them in the eye and smile ... at one point you can of course decide to interact.

you will learn alot by doing this ... because you are opening without any opener... most people keep attention on you because

1. nobody does this ....
2. you are not coming of like you are needy or interesting..
3. for the pua technique fanatics ... by doing this you do a false time constraint and disqualify both at once.

i mean who the hell is this guy who is grabbing a chair and sitting next to me ... ? there is something mysterious about it.

people cannot amog or reject you because you aren't interrupting their conversation , you are just there to sit and not to pick her up... if they busting your balls hard you just say you are sitting here ...

don't react to often , don't sit down and look at them .. if they show interest just smile and make and hold eye contact.

what you will notice is that many people will show interest ... and you aren't doing anything .. you don't need opening lines which keeps the pressure away. you will learn alot by just hearing other people interact ... at one point you can easily mix in the conversation.....
