New to MPUA Forum

First, I'm obviously relatively new to the PUA scene. Are PUA lessons only offered in the form of bootcamps or do guys give one on one lessons and how much do they normally run? I live in the Harrisburg, PA area so aside from randomly messaging people online I have no real way to get in contact with the scene.
