Well one day I told my friend that she had a lil chubby pack on her stomach. I don't know why I said it, it must have been because I was a lil tipsy. Were cool. But she been working out a lot after that day because she told me that she wasn't really aware of it till I told her. Then now, she brings it up again asking if she's chubby and she just wants to hear the truth from me. I mean she's not fat or skinny, she's average, just a lil over average ya know? But what should I tell her?

She always rambles about how society trys to get girls skinny with sex ads etc... but then they also say to be yourself and be whatever weight you want (your beautiful no matter what).

How do I fix this mind scramble?

Tell her the truth, it's something I frequently get in trouble for, haha.

You can't fix the mind scramble that society has put into her head. But you can relate this to pick up. What a PUA tries to do (ideally) is to bring his or her inner game and outer game into balance with each other. You could help your friend do this by explaining that these 2 ideas, being skinny sexy and being happy with who you are, are not actually in conflict nor does she need to choose one or the other. They compliment each other in the same way inner game works with your outer.

tell her to look in the damn mirror and figure it out for herself.

Its obvious. She likes you. Think about it...She knows she`s fat, she has mirrors at home. The guy she likes (you) calls her chubby, then she rushes to the gym to loose weight for your approval. Stop taking what women say so literally, pay more attention to what they do. My question to you is...do you like her?

Well, if you like her, next time she asks you, semi-dodge the question and just tell her she looks great/hot/beautiful, etc. Don't do the "well, it doesn't matter to me" thing, that makes it to obvious. Make her feel like you gave her a legitimate answer, which in a way you are. Be a politician, mate.

I think that you should just fall on your sword and appologize for hurting her feelings and for making a disflattering comment on her weight.

Tell her you are just one guy and that she shouldn't try to gain or lose wieght or do anything for you.

Say if she wants to buff up and get fit and lose wieght that that is a very admirable goal but it is something that she should do to look and feel better for HERSELF and not for you or anyone else.

There are some guys that like rock hard 6packs on women and there are guys that like super-sized fat chicks. encourage her to be the best "HER" that she wants to be for her and there will be some guy out there that will love her for her.

I disagree with the last two posters. You should not change your answer the next time she asks. Nor should you appologize. You already conveyed to her that you have standards, why would you fuck that up? Women love men with standards. What they don`t tell you is that they secretly appreciate it when men are honest about how they expect women to look like. If the chick needs to loose a few pounds, tell her. You don`t have to be a dick about it, but just don`t lie.

any time a chick asks if she is fat, rip her clothes off, toss her on the bed, and go to town...
