Yes. I dont think its anything complicated.

There are a lot of amicable 10s that are easy to get along with. They are comfortable talking to anyone because they are confident of their high social status, so you can feel a friendly vibe from them. Plus people are naturally nice to them so social interaction is very rewarding for them.

8s are usually not as confidebt about their status so these sre the ones you see walking around trying to look at as classy as possible trying to mitate the models on tv. They try to put up a high status imagery. That explains the intimidating attitude. They are usually the ones ripping on the 10 and talking shit about the 10s.
