i've known this girl for a long time. i've liked her for a long time. sometimes it's very strong and sometimes it fades away until i hardly ever think about it. last year i told her i liked her, but i was full afc and weird because of oneitis and i understand why she put me in the friend zone back then. now she started talking to me again and i made an effort to just relax and enjoy the moment, and i think she liked it. but now i can feel the oneitis creeping up again and i think i've let my mouth run again.

i know i must be able to detach myself from the outcome if i want to get over oneitis and get her. but how do i do that?
