I don't want to go into specifics but I work in a situation where I have to be very professional. However a lot of women flirt with me, but I can't pick them up and they know that it wouldn't be professional for me to do so....which is probably one reason why they love see how far they can go with the flirtation and see if they can make me crack. I'm a good looking guy though and I'm a good conversationalist. I have had a cougar pick me up though and that's ok if they initiate it.

One thing they throw out there though and it kills me. They say *smile* "...I might come back" *smile* and then *looks at me to see how I respond*.

If I say yes come back, she wins and loses interest. Obviously I can't say no. It's a test more than anything. More often than not she isn't completely won over so I can't be won over either.

How do I respond to that statement?
