Back story: I barely know this girl, had a couple short conversations in school but they were always non-flirtatious. She usually gets what she wants, she has dated a lot of very desirable guys at our school. After the last dance, where we danced and had some chemistry, I facbooked her and flirted with her, eventually getting her number. WE agreed to hang out this summer. Yesterday i texted her and this is how the convo went:
ME:hey its sam whats up?
Her:not much just chillin. you?
ME:ya same thing just hangin out. hey do u have plans tomorrow night?
Her:well i can't do anything this week:( i have to lay low cuz i broke my nose last night haha
ME:holy shit musta been a wild night
Her: haha yaaa it really sucks. but i will be alright!
ME:ya try to keep the wild partying to a minimum this week then haha
Her:we should hang in a couple weeks tho:) haha what have you been up to so far?
ME:what makes u think i want to hang? haha don't be jumpin to conclusions now
Her: whoaaa okay, fine with me!
ME: haha well im leavin next weekend anyway so no worrys u wont get the chance to bother me
Her: hillarious. Well sucks for you:)
ME:i thought it was well maybe if i can stand it we could hang net week. If i can stand it.
Her: haha okay
ME: (an hour later) ill all u. Cya

I know its long, but thanks a lot i appreciate it.

My personal opinion:
1- Dont ask if she has plans. Be specific on what YOU wanna do. Girls like that usually have option, they dont need to plan, the will always find some1 to hangout last minute if they want to. She might even be afraid of telling you she is free cause if she is not interested on what you are inviting her for, she will have to make up an excuse and stuff.
2- Do not invite... suggest! What i mean is this: instead of saying "wanna come to this bar/restaurant/concert/show/WHATEVER... just go "im gonna check out this place tomorrow night" and had a little reason why you are going like "havent been there in a while/ heard good things about it/ im meeting up with some friends/ a friend works there/ WHATEVER". Basically, she will not be doing you a favor if she goes... you are doing her a favor on giving her something to do cause HER LIFE IS BORING!".
3-Another thing i found helpfull when first txting or calling a girl i had just met is this: instead of throwing a "hey, whats up?", i had a "hey miss I love my nails, whats up?" ... use anything she had said once that is typical girlish, or something with her personality such as "hey miss sarcasm, whats up" ... "hey miss i love bananas/ miss broken nose/ miss superbusy" ... WHATEVER... they tend to respond to it and you can always tease them about it.
4- Instead of "musta been a wild night", i would say "its about time some1 punch you in the face"... "thats what happens when you think you can walk on 8" heels" .
5- when they tell me that we should hang out, i always say "i will have my secretary contact you so you can set an appointment" ... you kind of contradicted yourself since you ask her if she had plans... that kind of killed you.... and then you go from "you wont have a chance to bother me"... to trying to make plans 1 week ahead!
6- DO NOT GIVE HE A "Cya" 1 hr after dude! she gives you 3 short answers... tell her you got to go do something (interesting ... not a plain "g2g"), unless you can change the subject an get her back.

You kept up with the whole " I'm the prize jokes" way too long. 1 is oka depending on who your dealng with. 2 an she's thinking " is this guy forreal?" 3. And it's a complete turn off.
