Ok, so I have been talking to my oneitis lately, have taken her out a few times and k-closed her. We were supposed to hang out on Saturday but she had to go to the hospital for an infection behind where her tonsils used to be(she just had tonsils removed last month).

Well I called her today but she couldnt answer because she is still in the hospital 4 days later! Now I feel kind of crappy since I havent talked to her since saturday. I am going to be right near the hospital tomorrow anyways so told her I have a surprise and that i'm gonna visit. She was very excited and happy she has something to look forward to.

Heres the kicker.. I dont have any sort of surpise. I want to get her something clever but not AFC like. I def want to get her a card and maybe like some puzzles or activity for her to do.

Any other suggestions of a good gift or something I could do for her tomorrow? She told me she is on a lot of meds and not looking very good. Thanks guys...

Personally I wouldn't have told her I was going to visit her, I'd have just shown up unexpectedly. It's more of a surprise that way. But your way was fine too. She'll realize that your a sweet guy etc. But about your gift issue - go with the card, but I'm not sure about the puzzles. Usually they have a place just inside the hospital where you can find gifts; there's a lot of good stuff there to choose from. Good luck!
