Does anybody there sometimes have a "bad-voice-day"?

To make you guys understand better, i will exaggerate this :

Sometimes, i can speak clearly and talk better than how Barrack Obama spoke in his campaigns.
At other times, i cant even order a pizza through phone.

This, for me is a big sticking point in-field and in-life. Because, my voice control and AA are exponetially related. Does any of you have similar problem?

Your buddy Adam

I noticed something alike, for example somedays I noticed when I'm having conversations that my voice is getting higher. Sometimes, when I'm saying hello to someone my voice comes out very wierd. What I usually do to prevent this problem is remember when almost saying anything that my voice might come out wierd so I clear my throat and then talk with a loud voice. Sorry for the bad english :S

I have days in which i speak real fast and voice gets inaudible..... and my mouth feels dry or something. I dunno what i should do to trigger my sound to get slow and loud (It happens by itself but i cant trigger it)

Kinda crazy rite? If someone experience similar things, just tell me. Maybe ill have to see a voice coach

Its anxiety related. The dry mouth, n the messed up voice all stem from your anxiety. Do you notice yourself thinking alot more or having more responsibilities during these periods? Does it happen when you KNOW you are going to try to get girls that day? Next what are you worrying about? I mean on an internal level, not on a superficial. Im not asking if you are worriedabout what will happen with one girl you are approaching, im asking are you afraid of being alone or being a failure if it happens aty work and such?

Start reading up on meditation and learn how to quiet your mind and be. Once you start, you will NOTICE how much PEACE you can experience. Learn to allow yourself to LET GO. Once you realize you are not AFRAID and your mind is STILL, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. Your voice will be fine and you will be totally in CONTROL, and not at the bay of YOUR ANXIETY!!!

Learning to use your vocal bridges properly will prevent your voice from cracking or breaking. There are loads of vocal exercises your can do before you go out into the field just google it. Good luck my friend!

just to say - yeah I totally know what you're talking about. It's like my voice is in the zone sometimes, other times not. I think the advice above is really good. Sometimes it really is biological, other times - it's mental

Thanks for the help folks. Yea, i am checking online for a possible solution for this. I have to relax especially at the starting of the conversation. I think taking a deep breath and then speaking helps, because once i start speaking it gets better after sometime. Also i am thinking about taking a course in public speaking.

The guys in the link above have my same problem but i dont think i am shy in any way like those people in normal circumstances.
