is it ok to use push-pull sayings immediately one after another? for example: "your awesome...i hate you, we won't get along because were totally a like". literally immediately!

I wouldn't use them "literally" one after another. But that's just me. Technically you can say whatever the hell you want, as long as your body language, confidence and inner game are spot on. But yeah I'd go for something like:

"You're awesome (insert whatever here) ok now you're not awesome anymore. I hate you"

Whatever works for you.

push-pull (rapid fire version) = her thinking you have multiple personality disorder

I find mixing verbal and physical actions being very effective.

"if only you were blonde" as I'm hugging them. This is one of my favorites, it's just so powerful. Try it out and you'll see what I mean.

Mack 2.0 is bang on. Immediately after the other isn't the way to go.

Also, Gradi0 that sounds like an awesome one I'm gonna try it sometime! I've tried to start using a bit more of a verbal and physical mix in my game as well, seems to be a positive addition.
