From what i've heard, there are advantages to dating/fucking an older woman.

You wont exhaust all your energy before them (sometimes)

They will be experienced.

They wont react to a breakup or one night stand as furiously as some yougner girls might.

and

I'm pretty sure they'd be open to more things.

I wouldn't say I have a fetish but the first woman I went out with was 21 and I was 16 at the time. I still dream of meeting and fucking her later but then I'd have to go cross country to do that..
