There's an HB9.5 at work who I've liked for a year but she's always had a boyfriend. A few weeks she broke up with him and we've been flirting around since and had a date arranged. The ex then came back on the scene and now she says she wants to sort things out with him. However, she remains to keep flirting with me and she DHV's me with talk of her elite running. I'm not convinced she's happy with the ex.

Annoyingly she sits right behind me and I have to put the headphones on to block her voice so I can concentrate. I should probably cut her off now but it's not easy when having to work with her and fancy her like crazy.

What would you pros do?

I wouldn't at all say im a pro, but turn it into friends until the guys out or shes just friends with him. Whenever a ex is involved if you take any sides you lose. The girl still likes him so if your against him your against her (she'll defend him and find more reasons to like him), and if your against her (sayin its her fault or something like that) thats obviously not going to help. I wouldn't really suggest waiting it out to see if shes not happy because if your always there for her shes gunna put you in the friend zone for you.

Next her bro... Seriously. Work relations are a no no.

You already had that little feeling because she's right there at work with you. Now just imagine that tenfold wen you become more invested in her... See what I'm saying?

That sounds like a contradiction to me, turn it into friends otherwise if I'm always there for her she'll put me in the friend zone!...
