Anyway, I agree working out improves your game.

It improved my body, my health and also made me more happy and relieves my stress.
So, it can only help your game!

I enjoy the ripped look with 6 pack abs a lot! You cannot not have confidence with this body!

So, I'd say go for it. Bodybuilding / eating healthy is a great addition to the PUA lifestyle.

Boss learn how to read, i am in my 30s i was talking about highschool, 15 years ago... Second, i will ask for this challenge, go to 10 women and ask them if they like 6 pack or not... www.mensroom.tv he interviews a bunch of chicks, and they answer the same thing i am saying...As i said i have a flat stomach with 8 pack, not well define yet...I am surrounded by females and i say i study women most of them do not like 6 packs...

we just had 2/2 women post in this thread saying they love abs

they could be saying to you, six packs 'do not matter' meaning they arent gonna be shallow enough to care if you do not have one.

but to say they do not like them is absurd.

its a sexy feature

How do I compare it.. Its like a females ass, if she has DAT ASS, Id love it. I wouldnt say I 'do not like' a female with a highly clappable ass.

as i said go to 10 women and ask them if they like 6 pack or not more will not choose 6 pack, I have dated and know more women than any of you trust me i am 35 doing game since 17 here is a women forum:

I will say this if the girls are you 14 to 21 or so they will choose 6 pack...with age they start changing their preference... Trust me i am not happy that women do not like 6 pack, specially when my 8 pack will be here in a month or less after all this work and diet, i do p90x and insanity hybrid..
