What to do when someone "steals" your chair

What am i supposed to do in a public setting when i get up for a second and somebody sits in my seat once i leave? i get back and i see someone talking and he is sitting in my chair. Should i confront him and tell him that he is in my chair? should i silently pull up another chair? What should i do if i confront him and he still doesn't move? I know that an alpha male is always comfortable in a social setting. I usually go out of my way to find another chair if someone has done this to me. What would a pua do?
