Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone can think of good pick up Happy Birthday line.

What about this one: Growing old is mandatory; growing up is optional.

It depends on what context you're talking about. I'm not sure whether you're looking for a one liner for a birthday card, or something to say in field. Need a little more details. However, I've had success with this one:
You: "Happy Birthday, I've got a present for you, but I forgot to wrap it. Close your eyes and open your hands. (make sure she doesn't peek)" Than either hold her hands, or brush her hair away from her face, and just kiss her.

It takes balls. But works. It's probably better if you know the girl, too. But it can be used either way.

Kind of, but not really. I'd planned to use that line for my girlfriend's birthday, because I hadn't kissed her yet. (shameful, isn't it) Anyway I gave her the real present first, and then I planned to use that line next. The thing is, I didn't need to. She was all over me.
