What do you do if a girl keeps contacting her ex's?

In my specific situation I'm dating a girl for a couple years who I met after learning a little pu etc. She has several times talked to the same guy who is obviously still interested in her. She gives me the line that they are still friends, but is semi-sketchy about how she talks to him and never tells me when she does. I've told her before I don't like it when she talks to him, but I have found out later that she continues to do so. She claims she does not like him and thinks he is a 'creep,' but I am sure she is just saying so to keep me at bay.

Advice?

Make her jelaous, find a girl, who you are "just a friend" to and talk to her and make your girl know what you're doing
