Hey guys, heres my situation...

There is a girl in the office who is quite cute, by no means a bombshell, but reasonable enough and I've had enough IoI's to know she likes me... Anyway I was just wondering if any of you guys have had anything serious with girls from your office and what the Pros & Cons of it are?

Pros-
