My problem is the following i meet this girl in my workplace we hang out but ultimately she started dating the manager of the place.
So i said to myself "well thought luck" and decided to freeze her out for a time and better myself (one of the reasons he win her over is that hes more i think the word is more adult than me. Im 21 hes 30, he has a car i do not, he has a pay job, i have a partime, he lives by himself and i live with my parent) not extrictly for her but more to avoid the same thing again.

everything was doing well but then i found out she erase me from her friend list on facebook. I didnt talk to her much in facebook, we have better chemestry in person and the last time i saw/talk to her was in eastern (we both got called to work).
The only thing i could think she may have take it the wrong way was that i drop by work last week (shes wasnt there, she only work freelance) to say hi to a friend who was on maternity leave, we chat and she ask me of the rumor of me going out with this girl and i told her they were lies and for the moment she is dating the manager but if they break out i would vulture her. Maybe someone told someone and the manager hear it and told her.

Thing is i want to freeze her for a while not lost her. I dont really know why she erase me from facebook. The 21 of this month i know we both are gonna be called to work and i wonder how to handle the situation?

Should i not say anything a keep freezing her out, talking to her at work like it nothing happened? Normally i would go with "time heals every wound" but dont know why shes mad at me so i dont know if freezing her out while she is supousely angry is gonna make she associate me with that idea.

Should i confront her indirectly? Like tell her "hi, how it is going?" at work and when she respond say something along the lines of "you sure? you look like something is wrong" and divert until the subject

I dont mean to win this girl now, shes in the idiot phase of the relationship with this guy (when everything is perfect and they are in LOVE and there a bloody unicorns and rainbows everywhere) but i dont know how the freeze out thing really works in the sense of do i have to freeze while we are in good terms or anyterm is enough?

Besides, asides from her number and facebook i dont have anyway to contact her in the future. How do you re contact again with someone? i know it sound silly but i havent done it in my life.
