Hi guys, I've been trawling you boards for a while; dipping in and out to find what I need (openers, advice). So I thought it was time I signed up officially and said thanks. Hope I can give something back too.

I used to be pretty shy and with a slow love life. Then read 'the game' - life changing for many including myself. This is where I first heard of NLP. I used this to build my work and social life to great ends. I now get great opportunities with work, have turned my health around, and no longer feel scially awkward (most of the time- but my journey is far from complete).

It wasn't long before I got into pick up. I'm definitely a novice, I hold a lot the knowledge in my head but need to structure it and get my shit 'tight'. That's why I'm here. Really want to call on some advice and give some too.

BTW, I'm 30, welsh, living in Gothenburg, Sweden.
