Never qualify her. Never go up and say hey I think you're hot let me talk to you. She'll just think you're a little creepy. You just met her. And she just met you. When you come over, the first two things a girl thinks about is what do you want and how long are you going to be here. So throw in a time constraint somewhere.

A variation could be: Hey you look interesting and I thought I'd come over here and introduce myself.

hmmm I don't ever do direct quantifiers. It would be a nifty experiment to try indirect and direct and see which one gives me more results.
