hmm, try new material, and i mean brand new, if you feel like you're getting stuck it might be because you are falling into bad habits, also try looking up some new way of building attraction

Don't just say I feel like I'm not progressing period.
Why? Sit down... and plan. Are you approaching enough, what can you do to make it better. What are your short term goals (they might me non-pickup) and have you achieved them.
I find that it is guys without a plan who often moan about not progressing. If you have a plan maybe it's not detailed enough. _________________ *Justice renders the WEAK his due*
