Hi everyone Thought I'd give joining these forums a try to improve my game as I pretty much have none!

Bit of background, I'm mid-20's, but have only slept with 3 women, had other sexual contact with a more but not many. I'm apparently not too bad looking, I am just very shy/quiet/not good at generic conversation/small talk with new people, men or women, but obviously women are the reason I am here.

I don't really know when or how to make a move on women even when I think things are going well with them, I have even ended up in the same bed as women I like, not made a move and later found out something could have happened if I wouldn't have been such a pussy! I just don't know what to say or do in these situations?

So anyway, I have given in, admitted defeat and signed up here to ask for help. Look forward to learning from you all and maybe making some progress!

Welcome to the forums, I would say you need to work on your inner game first (confidence). Then start getting into how exactly it all works (David DeAngelo helps a lot to understand how the female brain works). After that, it's up to your sticking points.

Good words of advice from Validus. I think in the beginning (like with me) knowledge mixed with ongoing experience = power

For the knowledge:- I would suggest studying and learning all you can.

For the confidence:- A good place to start would be The Newbie Test. >>> The Newbie Test

I would also recommend the 'Stylelife Challenge'. It's another one that forces you to get off your backside and get stuff done.

A lot of times it doesn't matter that much exactly what you say or do as long as you are saying and doing things that move things forward (escalation)

A good thing to take a look at is Vin DeCarlo's escalation ladder. Google it and learn it. Love it. Live it.
