So,you can just send a "poke"
And after, if she send u after, say !
You: It's not good to poke a person that we don't know
She: but you poked me at first

there is her first laught, and here , you can tell her that u'r sorry for that, and u shouldn't tell that on this way, u know , do the shy guy, who think that he abused of the limits, and there she can say

i would say, post something interesting on her wall and start a conversation from there. Get IM and then #.
