The title is sooooo original I know, but hell, it's 1 am. I'm new to this website and I've found some of the information on here helpful for conversations via texts helpful. And I've recently got out of a 10 month relationship, in which I lost all my innocence and I'm looking for a new girl before I go off to college. And my sights lately have been set on this bombshell (in my opinion) at my work. She's about my age, and is a tall skinny brunette, (ironic by my name, I know) and she used to be on poms and track. I'm a swimmer so I don't connect wise there much but we both love to work out. Lately at work she has been friendly and has always smiled while her friend just simply acknowledges my presence. But usually at work I'm in a position of power over her and I feel weird hitting on her as a result. Can anyone give me advice on how to get over the awkwardness of her being a coworker and get me into her sights? Once I'm there, I'm golden, I've done it plenty before, but I always have trouble in the beginning stages.
