I've been having some back and forth over Facebook with this one particular girl - I've been putting into practice some of the advice on here and its working like a charm...

HOWEVER. Reckon I've hit a bit of Mexican stand off situation - convo was great and I left it with a little tease, a question and 'i'll talk to you later, im off out x' - and then never replied. It's been working a treat thus far..

As I say mexican stand off - I'm not gonna restart the thread until she gets back in touch, and I reckon she's employing the stand off as a test. Do Not Worry, the last thing I'm gonna do is fold - if I do, fuck it its decreased my chances...if she dont reply, fuck it I'll have still learned a lot!

The curious part is this. I have employed a pet name for her (a character from a well known 80s cartoon hahaha)...whilst this stand off has been in action she changed her profile pic to this character. I didn't bite. A couple of hours later, the profile pic has changed again. To another picture of this same character!

I'm of the opinion she is trying to draw me into commenting cos it relates to the pet name - I'm not gonna do it hahahahah
