tl;dr: Possibly spending half hour with HB9 tomorrow, need conversation and general PU tips. I have no real experience, and I'm 16

I basically got a job offer to be a mascot a little while ago, but I needed a spotter. Seeing as none of my male friends would really want to do that kinda thing, I turned to FB and posted a status asking if anyone wanted to be my spotter. A HB9 in-boxed me.

It's not definite, but I may or may not be busing for a half hour with her to get suited for the mascot suit tomorrow. I'm 16, but would like some advice if possible. I've been reading about pick-up for a few months, but seeing as I'm a teenage I haven't had much experience yet. And by that I mean I have 0 experience lol... Neither with pick-up, nor girls in general.

So tips on what to do for my 1/2 long bus ride with her tomorrow? I've talked to her once in my life, and I was kinda quiet. Not really shy, I talked, but didn't say much. So I kinda blew the whole first impression thing, but that's alright.

I've been thinking just to smile a lot, kino, 5 questions game... And that's really about all I've come up with. My biggest problem is going to be keeping conversation flowing for a full half hour, what kinda things should I ask/talk to her about?

Avoid asking too many questions, you don't want it to turn into an interview. It's okay to initially ask a question, but after that try to talk in statements. For example, don't do this:

You: Where do you work at?
Her: Dentist office.
You: What do you do there?
her: I'm an assistant, I clean teeth.
You: How long have you worked there for?
Her: 2 years.
You: Do you like it?
Her: Yes.

Instead, talk to her like you would a friend:

You: Where do you work at?
Her: Dentist office.
You: Most people seem to be stuck in retail, it must be rewarding to have a job that strays from the norm -- even if dealing with people's mouths is disgusting.
Her: It's not all that bad, most people are friendly so I don't mind meeting new people.
You: Meeting new people is refreshing, a lot of people are just so intrinsic and stay within their comfort zone, it's kinda sad.
Her: etc..

Hopefully you get the idea, that's the biggest problem I had starting off, it made convos awkward when I first started talking to girls. I turned them into an interview.

Also, don't be afraid to topic jump. If you have the chance to go to a new topic (see example above) do it. It may seem safe to stay with the current conversation because it's going well, but it will die and get boring eventually. And you have no idea when that will be.

You're a beginner. Don't worry so much about what you are going to say. Focus on body language, voice, etc. Read some online summaries about confident, dominant, alpha body language. Whatever you do, just do it with confidence and with the mindset of "I am the prize, not her. She would be lucky to have me."

Liking the advice so far, been looking up body language to practice for tomorrow(well today now, technically. 1 AM here.)

What I'm really most concerned about though is the potential awkward silences. I know people always say "Just talk about anything... it doesn't matter" but I've never been good at pulling conversation from no where.
