Hi guys,

First of I would like to introduce myself. My nickname is Ammo101 and I want to become not only a pick up artist but a very strong and powerful person as well. I got into this a few weeks ago when I decided I was going to find a few books on the subject because I noticed my methods with girls weren't working. I've read a few books, watched some dvd's and played some cd's by the likes of david deangelo and neil strauss and I'm already noticing a difference.

Yesterday I went out and talked to I think around 10-20 girls. I've tried a lot of lines some good ones and some bad ones. I tried some cocky funny and I noticed 2 things. First that there is a big difference in how woman react, some don't even know what the hell is going on.

For example: I said to a girl, 'are you guys also drinking beer?' and she said: 'I don't need you to get me a drink', then I said: 'I didn't say I was going to get you anything', 'but do you guys drink beer?'. She said: 'Yes we do' and then I said 'well nevermind than'. What I meant with that is that I think it's kind of unclassy for a girl to be drinking bear, but I didn't think she really liked it.

To another girl I said: 'Allright, i'm having a party and maybe you guys can come but you have to give me 3 reasons for it first'. Then she repeated that she didn't want to come, haha.

I thought it was kind of funny and I didn't care because I was having a good time but still I don't understand why these reactions happened, am I coming on too strong?

The second thing is that I wouldn't really know how to follow-up after a good cocky funny line. Should I switch the subject and say something like 'so how do you guys all know eachother'?

Sometimes you get bad sets.

Secondly, change the subject if you have to! Saying "So how do you all each other?" is a very good question to ask!

• Never use that bear opener again.
  Never use that "im having a party" opener as an opener again. Use it to continue the conversation or just before a number close (doesn't suit a kiss close but you could try)
  Get more openers.
  Get some DHV Stories.

Congrats on having balls and asking girls! Most guys fail there.

Thanks for the feedback man, the beer opener was kind of a intuitive thing to do because I was feeling really loose. I've tried a lot more. I also said: Hi, give me 3 reasons to keep standing here, do you know what a smoking lunge looks like, you have pretty hair but I would be nicer straight (this one worked and I think I could've really followed up on this one).

What openers do you think I should use? I would have tried an opinion opener but because I was in clubs where the music was pretty loud I couldn't really do it. Should I open with a cocky funny comment or something, what do you suggest?

Try to be cocky and funny! But copy her!

How she stands! How she talks! If she uses a word constantly then use that word!

However, those openers are really good! But, whats better a Wingman!

Find someone you can work with! Two is better than one!

I'm currently working on finding a wingman but it's kind of a problem, I got a few friends who i'm going out with but some have girlfriends and some don't have the balls to really talk to girls that much. I guess I got to make those friends try and find some others friends who are good with girls (these guys are pretty hard to find because going out is kind of new to me).
