Hey,
I am sarging today as well, but in a train. But I suppose it's sort of similar, because you have a time constraint to make something happen in the interaction and so do I.
Basically, what I think you should do, is to open with an indirect opener, for example,
"Do you know where the nearest Starbucks is?"
Then they'll give you the directions of how to get there. After they do that. You then have to quickly come up with something either, situation ally, or when they hesitate to give you directions because they are trying to think of how to get there.
Just say to them,
"Ah, are you off there too?, I mean it'd be great if you joined me on your lunch break".
After this simple line, just say, so when can we arrange this? (Whilst asking, get your phone out and say, yeah, so what's your name whilst typing it down on the phone, and hand the phone to her to get her number).
And then, I am sure she'll be very hesitant and probably say, "Why do you want my number?" then just say back to her "So we arrange to meet up and get to know each other".
I don't know, but this is an improvised line that I have come up with on the spot. Actually this'll work, because she's in a rush, and if you have strong body language and smile, as well as keep strong eye contact, then I think she'll give in.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

I dont mind opening indirect, but after i open indirect I will immediately transition to direct. This also sets the frame that I want. And i can transition to direct no matter what indirect opener i use. So heres how it would go using my style.
Run up to her tap her on the elbow (to get attention and know I am talking to her) and then step in front of her so she knows to stop. If the girl is stationary you can walk up with strong eye contact say hi and then open. Either way you want her to be stationary and listening to you
So in this i would open with "Hi, excuse me, I know this might be a bit random, but could you tell me where the nearest starbucks is?" ( indirect). she responds with whatever. either she gives directions or she doesnt know. So I transition directly with this
"I actually know where the nearest starbucks is. I just used that as a excuse to come talk to you because I thought you were cute. I had to see if you were friendly as well. Whats your name?" (direct)
and from here you want to transition into conversation. Dont do the normal AFC questions like "What do you do?" "Where are you from?" "What are you up to?". anytime you think of asking a question like this, turn it into a statement. Like you look like the type of girl from Nigeria (when she is obv white). Find out a bit about her. If she is the type of girl you would want to get involved with.
then go for the close. set up the next meeting while your still in set. it will reduce the amount of flakes you get. In your ex you go opening indirectly straight to going for the close. And even if you get the number, she will mostly backwards rationalize it later and be like "I hardly even know this guy" and prob flake on the meeting.
I have had closes where i got the number within 2 mins of starting the interaction, but i can say numbers dont mean shit cuz the flake rate off those numbers is higher. imo the first interaction's goal isnt " how do i get this girls number?" For me personally its more like "how do i get this girl to want to meet up with me again?" The number is just a way to meet up later
