For my birthday,ill be going out to this karaoke place with my friends. Ive been to this place before and there are alot of good looking HB's that go there. Is there any good approach techniques other than the "amazing voice" opener? Any advice would be appreciated.

The same openers as you would use in a club. Situation openers help but an openers job is to open the conversation, nothing more.

Here is one of Mystery's openers that I adore:
