now that its summer time, I know the girls are happy and so am I... so I feel like there has got to be a way to open and number close right away while sitting at a stop light or driving down the freeway. I always smile and wave and women love that... how would u go about getting/giving the number?

If you wave and smile and she cracks a smile or waves back, simple. Roll down the window and say "Hey you seem like you could be a cool girl, what's your number!?" It works on a surprising number of occasions and it's about all you have time for while driving around.

Agreed. Theres only about maybe a minute or less when your at a light anyway. I say look at the girl when shes sees you, make the kiss sound with your lips, smile, then
