I just need to see what others are using in this area, I dont like the indirect wussy rubbish that most gurus spout. 'What steps can we take to continue this conversation' ick.

I started by using some flashy 'im a secret agent gimmick' and that worked, then once i was in a rush so i just said, 'we should stay in contact' and she said yeh good idea and gave me her number. If she says no just tell her you werent asking. It has worked everytime for me, and i feel comfortable saying it.

So everyone post the line or sequence they use for getting contact details, this is one part of my game i reckon needs a touch up.

i think the biggest thing is to make her feel like its her choice to give you the number to keep her from giving you a flake or even a light buyers remorse. try mysterys creative approach, hand her a note pad and say you have to run(not an FTC cause you can really fuck yourself up if you hang around after you get the number) but before you leave you want to see how creative she is, tell her to draw something creative on the paper so that we could continue our conversation later. the ideal goal is to have her write down her number but if she doesnt then lightly neg her about not being to creative and reinforce that you are leaving, youve enjoyed the conversation and would like to continue it. say here lets try again and this time write down the area code and leave 7 spaces after it. she DLV's herself in her own mind by not passing the test and will try that much harder to make it up to you if you have ran a tight push-pull game. good luck and keep sarging

I agree mines simple also I pull out my phone and hand it to her and say "Here put your number in my phone" it works for me.

I usually DHV about my band, and tell her I have a show coming up later that month and that she should check us out. It disqualifies me of hitting on her, but rather just interested in having her listen to my band's music.

Or another thing that's popular among PUA's is "My friend's having a party this weekend, you should come, I'll have to ask, but I'm pretty sure you could go..." and then before I'm about to leave I say something like "If you're wanting to go to that party, I'm going to need your number"

And I always make them put their number in my phone for 2 reasons:
1. Cuz I usually forget their name
2. Because I can then call their phone and make sure it's her number, and that way she has my number and will know who's calling her.

It's also ideal to get the number right before either one of you leave, because if you ask for it too soon, it's a sign that you're needy.

Also, how many days does everyone wait before you call?
I usually wait 3.

I agree with "Gimme yer number and Ill call you" - works best for me

One other thing I tried is when Im gaminga chick with the same phone (have a Razor - very common) - I use that to take a look at their phone, hand them my phone and then call my own ph with hers. . . she answers and I say "hello, what are you wearing".

I'm going to try this one that I find out about, it goes like this.

You say:

"OMG! you know what, you're cool and I love this energy that comes from you, but i gotta get going i got meet my friends and I'm in hurry,we should stay on contact, Why don't you put your number on my cell, so we can continue this conversation, and if we get along we'll hang out some time"

SAY IT, in a clueless way! and if she doesn't give it to you, you say "I wasn't trying to get your number, I just wanted to continue the conversation."

Personally I say man up... I dunno that close just seems a little weak to me. I like to go direct but the key to that is assuming the sale... the thought never even crossed your mind that she wouldn't give it to you... hand her the phone first then tell her to put her number in... if she objects at all pull it out of her hands and say something like "you know what nevermind, I'm way to busy to waste time calling someone who's not sure they want to talk to me"... 9 times out of ten they'll pretty much attack you trying to get the phone back so that they can get the number in there, all the while apologizing for hesitating and trying desperately to get your approval.

After I received several IOIs, I then number close because I feel that she would like to roll with me. Always stay another 5 minutes talking to her after you got her number! Else it may feel to her like a pickup and you don't want that

This routine works best you two are really vibing each other (after some kino and major other IOIs)
PUA: Are you a creative person?
HB: Yes
PUA: [pull out phone] Here you go, get creative *smile*

This one works best when you're in rapport with her.
PUA: We should hang out sometime. Here [hand her your phone], lets swap numbers.

Keep it simple though, "give me your number" should work too Always assume the sale! So don't ask "Can I have your number?" because then she can say NO.

All these are great but I still like Mystery's technique of giving her the "option".

Say, "Would you like to continue this conversation later?"

If you have rapport then she will say yes, and you either A: give her a paper and pencil. B: give her your phone

The great thing about this is if she says no, and thinks your hitting on her tell her, "I asked you if you wanted to didn't say you could". Thus re-asserting yourself as the authority, and twisting her female mind into the idea.

When its time to # number close:

PUA: Uhh...I, nevermind.

HB: What, what were you gonna say?

PUA: I was gonna ask you a question, but you probably wouldnt know it.

HB: Try me.

PUA: (pulls out paper, fills in: area code _ _ _-_ _ _ _) I need to know some sort of number where I can reach you at.


This is a theoretical convo, an alternative way, still creative but a little different. I've never tried it, but I'd like to know if it works

I field tested a great one. Now, you need a pivot that your a relatively good friends with for this to work. The one I was with has a great sense of humor got into this one so she almost did some of the work for me. Anyway, when you're with what ever HB you are gaming, wait or at least try and get your pivot to come over to you. Bust on her playfully. Neg her and joke around, but the the HB into it. Now, tell your friend that she has just irritated you in a playful way and pull out your phone. Be like (insert friends name here), "you know what, you are really annoying me now." (you really need to be smiling here so she knows your joking) "I'm going to delete you from my phone!" She goes, "oh no! don't do that!" Then you go, "Oh yea I am, and I'm going to replace it with (insert HB's name here)'s number.

Then you just get the HB to give you her number. Now, you have her number and everyone laughing. I've done this twice with success both times.
