when i go out with my mates they always seem to pick up woman ... im not the best looking of guys but i always seem to get the short straw ...

just wondering if anyone could give me tips on how to beat them.

i have heard about a book called the game and wondered if it is any good ?

"The Game" is amazing! It'll tell you the story of how an AFC became MPUA, and by reading the book you will get lots of ideas, but to learn, you truly have to study and apply.

Not sure if this site has it or not but there are plenty of .pdf files in the PUA community that you should read. If you can't find them here, then this is still a good place to learn.

Start with the Opener section, and start reading. If you have a question, search for it because most likely someone else has already asked it.

Once you understand the flow of the game, it will become second nature.

I went ahead and bought the actual book, I like it because I could highlight and put tabs on stuff that I wanted to refer back to. The game is def the first step, I would say after that start working on your inner game.

When you will start thinking that God has blessed you with everything and you are the best looking person you will regain your confidence. never indulge in inferiority complex. You are everything and try to know what is the best quality of yours and start work on improving it.
