I was wondering in what ways I can use my Facebook to increase my value. I already deleted 99% of my pics with my ex and pics that made me look sour or not so fun. The pics I did keep of my ex were the one's of us being goofy together because she is a fun girl and I figured I could play it off as a friend rather than my ex, we're really close anyway. I need to not be so camera shy but what else can I do? I give my facebook out a lot to women. I had noticed a lot of them freaked out so many pics of my ex were on there but for a long time I just didn't care. LOL Now I do.

- new profile pic once a month/2 months (not self-taken... but of you doing something, etc.)

- alot of "friends" (lets be real, the number count is artificial but it can HELP you to build social proof if you have like a 1000 friends)

- girls posting on your wall? (make alot of CLOSE female friends (keyword: CLOSE, FRIENDS)... and then they'll start posting on your wall at random times = building your value)

I decided one day to make my facebook attractive...I did two things..

1- Everytime facebook update their layout it pisses everyone off. The last update is a great one. You have your most recent five photos on the top of your profile page and you can choose what goes in there or not. I made sure that in four of them, I'm in a pic with a different girl(s) in each photo from clubbing or parties, etc. The other is any photo I find decent.

yes, having girls post on your wall is also good but thats out of your control! you have to ask them!

2- Status update: No moaning, no seriousness, no gay emotional shit, nothing negative. I take it as a joke, and I put something funny, something that gets me likes. The most powerful ones are ones that are clever funny. The good thing about this is it shows good social status better than the number of friends you have. You can add 10000 friends on facebook but you will come accross as an attention seeker or someone who has no taste, infact, I remove people every now and then, but when you get people to like your status updates, you show a good social status and LEADERSHIP. The good thing about too many likes is that your status will appear in the "news feed section" so even when they miss your status, there is a chance they eventually see it (which is kinda why you can get a like on your status a day or two later, not because the user scrolled all the way down or stalked you, purely because it was there infront of them in their news feed).

I deleted my facebook for this reason alone. It's a girl's best friend when it comes to stalking in the world today. People can find out so much about each other without even talking. When I had one I remember gaming bitches that didn't know anyone in my social circle but they still managed to find me, or have their friends who I spoke to for a brief amount of time try to add me. And I had a ton of privacy blockers and crap up. I have no idea how they managed to do it.

Also, I know a few other alpha males that have deleted their facebook or created a new one with a fake name to only talk to close friends.

Sure your facebook could demonstrate some high value, but it's not easy to build up (or worth the effort in my opinion).

fair enough mgk, I like my facebook because I can keep in touch with my friends world wide and just an easy communication tool. I have no reason to de-activate, and no, I don't use it for the sole purpose of women! your reality is different to mine, thats all
