Next time when making out and the time is right, get the groping "too far" to communicate "Yes, sex is gonna happen." With this I mean grab and squeeze her breasts, slide a hand between her legs, or take off your shirt. Not much after that, if she was okay with the last step, you either slide a hand in her panties, or pull out your cock, whichever. Then put her hand on it, and the rest goes on, getting naked, foreplay, condom, etc.
