I made a new status update at fb in which I couldnt find any orange V-shirt in town even though here in the Netherlands tomorow the day of the monarchy is (orange is the national colour).

Doesn't matter anymore if it was wrong to put is as a statusupdate, but I got before other (normal or female) comments dissed hard by guys that I'm gay for wanting to buy a v-shirt.

I wonder how I should react in these situations, or if I should ignore it. I find it quite stupid to remove the update cuz for all people out there it will look like it bothers me, so I don't do that. But I don't like it either how everyone sees how I get dissed without reacting to it.

I don't think V-necks are that gay, I think they look hot on a guy. I don't know how this would fit with your personality, maybe you can joke about it, say if they're really your friends they'll accept your new-found sexual orientation or OMG, you just outted me dude! Or something like that. You will appear confident and not caving into peer pressure. You can even ask the girls to help you with shopping and you all can be new best girlfriends. Just play it up a notch. What do others think?
