If I do, it's a very minor case of it.

Anyways, one of my ex's kinda gets my emotions feeling a bit... jealous? When her name is brought up, I might slightly feel like changing the subject. And when I seen her flirting with my friends on fb, I was like :o. And when I heard she had a boyfriend from one of my boys, I was like :o... and definitely felt some emotion. (Ugh... jealousy it was)

But I'm no dummy. She should fuck other guys and flirt with other guys. Shit, she should fuck my best friend, it's fair game. I don't own her.

But damn! I just want to permanently get rid of any emotions of her. I know I should fuck a dozen other girls, but I've only fucked 1. I do plan to fuck a dozen other girls, but it's not like I got women on deck. I need to start gaming more, and get women on deck!

But in the meantime of my mission on fucking a dozen women, is there anything else I can do to destroy all emotions for this ex of mine?

It'll go away in time. First, I'd try and stop checking up on her through Facebook. Not healthy but you already knew that. Other than that, you hit the nail on the head.

I learned how to play guitar after one of my break ups and became really good. Now, I can use that as a conversation piece with women and they love the fact that I play. Focus on bettering yourself no matter what. Before you know it you'll forget about her ass.

And if need be, drop your friends from FB. You're getting NO benefit from seeing messages and shit between them and your ex. You dont need to cut them from your life, but you dont need to see that either.

Thanks bro. Yeah, she's deleted on my fb... but I seen in my News Feed her flirting with my boys.

It's all good though. Not my chick.

If you can, try to take off your blinders. You know, those things that let you see only the good in your old relationship. I felt this way for way too long about a chick who was perfectly horrible. She was a HB8 who was a good friend and awesome as well, but she was a raging alcholic, and for some reason when I looked back at our relationship I never saw that. She was so intoxicating that I never realized how utterly horrible for me she was. I was drinking more just being around her. I was getting into vehicles in that state. It was bad and I was on a downward spiral. I couldn't see past how beautiful she was, how perfect her breasts were, how she could play GTA like one of the guys... And relationships I had for years afterwards were tinted by this "I want someone as awesome as she was" feeling. Well, the thing was the alcoholism was part of the package. She wasn't nearly as awesome as I saw her in my mind, and when you consider all of her together it's not so hard to find another chick who stacks up. If you remember only the good qualities, no other chick will ever be able to compare.
