First of all i have 0 friends, im extremly scared of any kind of social dynamics, and really afraid of what others may think of me.
I think this all started when i left school at the age of 16 (im 20 now) cause i couldn't stand the social pressure, i thought everyone in class was making fun of me.
Now i still live with my mother and i dont have a job (never had one). my dad left us 4 yesrs ago.. he never loved me, and always thought i was a failure.
I fully realize i have severe form of social anxiety, but i dont know how to overcome it! every time i do something (even walking on the street) im afraid of what people may think of me.
I came to a point where i accept the fact that i will stay virgin for the rest of my life. But i cant go on with with no friends, it's just too hard to spend your days alone.
Can not use facebook, i'm too afraid to show my face and who would i add if i dont know anybody?
sorry for bad grammar, english is not my lenguage

Do the excersise he talks about in his program but alter it a bit for yourself, and don't give up if you don't notice any difference within a few weeks. Changing yourself from the inside out takes a lot of time.
Also buy some cool clothes and get yourself a quality haircut. One thing when buying new clothes is that you just change your outside, but inside you still feel like the person you were before so you should change from both physical and phychological point of views.
I'm still pretty young too, I hope someone with lots of experience will reply with some great advice, but this is the best I can do so far.
